We collect the following categories of information: • Identity & Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, and date of birth provided during registration. • Health Data: information you voluntarily share, including symptoms, medical history, appointment details, and doctor interactions. This data is treated as sensitive and is handled with additional care. • Professional Data (Healthcare Professionals): qualifications, registration numbers, speciality, and practice details. • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and timestamps — collected automatically to improve the platform. • Communications: messages sent through in-app chat or support channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: • Operate and deliver the Platform's services, including appointment booking and doctor discovery. • Verify the identity and credentials of healthcare professionals. • Personalise your experience and surface relevant health content. • Send transactional communications (appointment confirmations, reminders, and account notifications). • Improve the Platform through analytics and user feedback. • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions. We will not use your health data for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances: • With Healthcare Professionals: your name and appointment details are shared with the doctor or professional you engage through the Platform. • With Service Providers: trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS services) under strict data-processing agreements. • For Legal Compliance: when required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. • Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, which will be bound by this Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). We implement access controls, regular security audits, and follow secure software development practices. While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is completely immune to security risks.
